What is the return policy?
We provide a 100% refund on defective items returned within 10 days of delivery less shipping and handling. Orders may not be returned after 10 days. All returns are required to be in a new or unused condition. Sales of close-out items may have a non-returnable policy. Also, personalized items and Custom Logoed items have a non-returnable policy.
Can I cancel my order?
An Order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped by our fulfillment center. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our return policy. Back-orders can also be cancelled.
If an order has already been shipped and needs to be cancelled, you need to accept the package will be shipped back at the customers cost. If an order package is refused at delivery, the customer is required to pay shipping BOTH ways.
